Dr Taisia Cech

(MBChB, BSc, FRNZCGP, FASLM)

Dr Taisia Cech is a Medical Doctor trained as a General Practitioner and is a member of the Australasian Menopause Society. She holds a fellowship in Lifestyle Medicine and has obtained certificates in Plant-Based Nutrition and Women’s Health. She is a lifelong learner and has done additional training in Menopause, Integrative Women’s health, Herbal Medicine and Medicinal Cannabis.

She is also a mum with three children and understands the challenges when juggling work and family while also prioritising personal health.

“But what truly opened my eyes was seeing so many of my female patients struggling as they entered perimenopause. It became clear that this area of medicine was deeply underserved. I heard countless stories of women being dismissed by their doctors—told they were "just stressed," "too young for menopause," or simply denied HRT without real discussion.
