I am a medical doctor who understands how inflammation, metabolism, gut health are all inextrinsicaply linked to nutrition. I have a post graduate certificate in plant-beaed nutrition and women’s health and have helped hundreds of patients improve their health and regain their vitality through nutrition.

I also understand how busy life can be and that prioritizing your own health can sometimes fall by the wayside for years. I am a mum of three beautiful children and understand the pressure of nurturing for your family and community as well as looking after yourself.

Our philosophy is all about including as much nutrient-dense foods in - 80/20 rule all the way.
